Your Day at the CAPGiving Golf Classic

We look forward to seeing you at the CAPGiving Golf Classic on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Eagles Nest Golf Club! Here’s everything you need to know to make the day smooth and fun.

What to Expect 

Golfer Shopping Experience:
Browse a curated selection of premium gifts designed to enhance your time on the course. Visit the Golfer Gifts table during your scheduled time to pick something special — available in sizes S–XXL.

Food & Drinks:
Breakfast, on‑course stations, and a great lunch at the reception.

Fun Extras:
Take part in exciting contests like Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin, and don’t miss the Silent Auction featuring incredible items.

What We Need From You

Golfer Guests

To ensure everything is prepared for your arrival, please email your responses to capgiving@capreit.net by September 4, 2025.

1. Confirm Your Foursome
   Send the full names and email addresses of all golfers in your group.

2. Share Dietary Restrictions
   Let us know about any allergies or special meal requests.

3. Select Your Apparel Size
   Each golfer will receive a premium pullover. Please include your size: S, M, L, XL, or XXL.

4. Reserve Rental Clubs (if needed)
   Contact the Eagles Nest Pro Shop at 905‑653‑4653 to book your clubs. They’ll assist with availability and booking details.

Dress Code: Proper golf attire is required. Please avoid jeans. 

Parking: Complimentary parking is available on-site for all guests.

Weather: The event will proceed rain or shine. Umbrellas will be provided in case of inclement weather.

Private Golf Clinic Guests 

If you’ve registered for the Golf Clinic experience, your afternoon includes:

• 1:00–2:15 PM – A private group clinic led by a premier instructor—perfect for all skill levels
• 2:00–2:30 PM – Access to the Golfer Gifts table to select a premium item
• 2:30 PM – A post-clinic lunch reception featuring a charity speaker, prizes, and a silent auction

Check-in begins at 12:30 PM. The program concludes by 4:00 PM.

Lunch-Only Guests

If you’ve registered for the Lunch-Only experience, your afternoon includes:

• 2:00–2:30 PM – Access to the Golfer Gifts table to select a premium item
• 2:30 PM – Lunch reception featuring a charity speaker, prizes, and a silent auction
• 4:00 PM – Program concludes
